New piece. New style... I am calling this my "fast" style, something I think I will be practicing more now that the baby will soon be around, haha! Let me know what you think.
Carlos - Yes, much faster. I mean, part of it is choosing a piece with less overall detail... the "Oops" pece was obviously more work by its very nature, but in his one, I was less cocerned about every little detail,ad used thicker strokes than I normally do with my linework.
Sarah - Hi! Nice to meet you! Thanks for stopping by theblog, and tanks for the kind words! I have always been a bi Matt LaFleur fan myself, he was very insprational to me whe we were in college.
Jeremy - Nothing gets by you, very sharp! Haha. hanks man!
And to clarify my statement in the previous reply to Sarah: I have always been a BIG Matt LaFleur fan.... not bi... haha. The keyboard on this new computer of mine is really a pain in the arse, It drops letters all the time for some reason. Maybe I should get a new one... or an old one.
when I saw this I was reminded of the Twitter logo that is also a blue bird. Although not the same species, this might be some "old school" Twittering. -Peter

freakin wonderful!! Is it really faster?
This is beautiful Sean... i'm Matt LaFleur's wife and he asked me to check out your work. Amazing... and i'm such a huge fantasy fan.
Those are like monks, but made out of birds. And not just any birds! Parakeets or something. Definitely not chickens.
Very cool!

As always, great work. If this is a faster style for you then I can't wait to see how it refines with time! It's already looking sharp.
It's more like a new "awesome" style. Love the thicker lines and those dangle carrot things hanging off the right one's sleeve.
I am excited about this one. It was always one of my favorite little doodles in your sketchbook.
Ben, Pat and McLean - Thnks a bunch guys!

When I saw this one I couldn't help but think of the twitter logo which is also a blue bird, maybe this is the first twitter ever.
